For years, I let my words speak while I stayed in the background. I thought being invisible would protect me, but really—it kept me from my purpose.

 

I’ve always been a storyteller. As a kid, I wrote music and short stories. But somewhere along the way, I lost confidence. I counted myself out before I even tried. I dimmed my light and convinced myself that my voice wasn’t enough.

But the shift happened when I started telling the truth—first in private, then out loud. I began sharing my reflections, emotional epiphanies, and personal healing journey. I realized that what I was going through wasn’t just mine—it was mirrored in so many other women. That changed everything.

Now, I create from a place of radical self-awareness, storytelling through music, blog writing, film, and more. Every word, sound, and visual I share is a gentle call for women to feel, reflect, and reconnect—with themselves and each other.

From winning Best Actress for my performance in Differences, to releasing music that mirrors healing, to building a blog that feels like a sister circle—this work is deeply personal and deeply communal.
