Having a good day and then someone comes around with less than desirable energy? Sometimes we have to actively block what we don’t want to be passed on. This doesn’t mean we don’t care—just that we’re prioritizing our emotional wellbeing.

Because it helps no one for us all to be stressed out. Someone has to be level headed.

You can wear all the makeup and adornments you like but until you face your Self, with love, you’re just prolonging the cycles.

You’re attracting the emotionally avoidant because you’re avoiding the necessary steps to attract what you desire—the true self-love that empowers you to say yes to what you desire and no to settling.

Self-love removes the blinders and rose-colored glasses from your eyes so you can see what and who is really in front of you.

Rejection in the past, and/or relations with a man who was insecure himself, made you shrink and become a shell of yourself. But how much longer are you willing to live a half-life?

Radical Self-love is always the answer.

We’re shifting to a time where we’ll be asking different questions when we first meet one another…

A little snippet from my newest podcast episode up on my site. I recorded it in September yet the theme is still relevant.

The podcast represents me and my thoughts in the moment so don’t be surprised when I shift the focus a bit 🤭 it’s a glimpse into my conversations I have with myself so you’ll see/hear the evolution within the “discourse”. When I need balance, I often think about how I can incorporate the 4 elements, 5 including Spirit, but they all come from Source.

In this case, to declutter my mind (air), I turned to the earth element and took a look around my physical environment to see what needed to be changed. Feeling things so deeply does not mean we have to just endure it, we can do something about it.

The spirit of confusion got close enough last night for me to clarify who I am.

I just had a beautiful weekend with family right after a long two weeks out at work so I’ve been in some serious need of a charge, not just for socialization but for ME and my goals and what makes me feel good. So I’ve dedicated the time to do so.

I’m actively learning how to balance joy with discipline, which I now refer to as devotion. It has to be a priority or we’ll burn out and what we have to give to others is nothing but scraps.

What does radical Self-Love mean to you?

This full moon energy has me releasing my fears of intimacy and vulnerability. It’s so interesting that it showed up in this way however it’s been a theme that’s been present for quite some time and I’m ready to face it.

Opening your heart up again after pain and disappointment takes courage and emotional honesty. It starts with recognizing how your present behavior and mindset is influenced by past experiences. And from this self-awareness, we have the opportunity to choose differently— a more empowered, braver version.

This is how we transmute and transform our highly sensitive selves into high EQ. And it’s up from here. Keep showing up, despite the fears.

This book stood out to me in a bookstore a while back and it was very much on time. Being empathetic, empathic, or highly sensitive can lead to weak boundaries that stem from wanting to be liked, to belong, not hurt feelings or cause conflict, etc. However we pour the best from overflow. So tend to your garden first, check in and then give an answer. If someone has an issue with your healthy boundaries, that’s another conversation.

Last night I took myself to a comedy show and it was exactly what I intended it to be: a time! I laughed until I cried and it felt so good to create moments of joy for my Self.

I used to dwell in what you call an anxious attachment style energy when it came to relationships but this journey of self-love, self-care, self-nurturing reminds me that I am whole already. This way, I am able to connect in other relationships from a space of inner peace and happiness and not a dependence on someone else to give it to me.

But the first step is recognizing the patterns we have, and why. Then transmuting it into a more empowered style. Radical self-love is revolutionary and it will make your connections shift into a mode of thriving, not just surviving.
