Sometimes we believe we owe people forever and eternity when they've done something for us in the past, especially if it was an integral step in our success, or just our life in general. Because we have this unwavering loyalty, sometimes we allow people to outstay their welcome, or treat us in a way that we don't deserve. No, you don't deserve that. It's important to recognize and express gratitude for the support given during that part of your journey as well as understand that that moment was just that: part of your journey. We're all part of each other's story while we're here on this earth. Just as someone has lent a hand to you, you've done the same for someone else and if you feel you haven't, it's never too late. Don't ever let someone make you feel like they made you and don't you dare think that about yourself. You were always destined for where you are headed. Continue to give without expectation of a return, trusting that it's the right thing to do. It's a bonus that The Universe has your back and will do it anyway.

How important is closure for important relationships in your life? Does the closure have to include the other party? How have you walked away from relationships that no longer served you, in the past? Any regrets or changes you'd make if given the opportunity?
